Password resets are available by contacting DMDC directly at 1-800-477-8227. In addition, if you are a DoD affiliated user with a current ID card and email address on record, you can contact DMDC directly to unsuspend or upgrade your account. If you have a CAC card or DFAS myPay login or you are a family member who has a sponsor with a CAC card or DFAS myPay login, please contact DMDC directly for assistance.|
